On the 16th June 1982 Bryan Robson scored after only 27 seconds against France in Bilbao, This was exactly 44 years since the Swedish player Arne Nyberg scored after 30 seconds against Hungary in Paris 1938, Bernard Lacombe scored in 1978 against Italy after only 31 seconds.
